Little Kents are good engines, always reliable.
Always liked the power in the 2 litre pintos in the small bodies.
Most common upgrades are those SR20? turbo engines these days.

I had 17s but they didn't look great. Went back to 15s with a taller tyre. Look a lot better.

I recon i looked around for these decals for ages and couldnt find them.
Steves on the money, probably easier to get some one to make up some repro ones.

I went for a samsung tablet in the ute. Has all the mp3, mp4 functions, plus GPS and internet for searching if required.
Just run the headphone socket to an amp and drive 2 subbies and fronts from there.

hendrixhc got a reaction from gerg in XD-XF panel alignment
I had a similar experience lining mine up.
Get the guard right and the doors are out. line up the doors guards are out.
I lined up the swage lines perfectly and the tops and bottoms of the doors dont line up to great.
I think this is why the "masters" of our craft add welds to the door edges to get gaps correct.
I also noticed when doing the body work on the rear wheel arches that the profiles look the same but when i used a prfileing gauge they were quite dissimilar.
I guess perfection will come depending on patience and desire to modify.

Flexplate was like new, gear in excellent condition.
I should really recheck the mounting bolts i guess. Might pull the starter out and check everything this weekend as its gicing me the shits.
