I have a Cleveland with a 393 stroker kit, 292h cam, stock cleaned up heads, 6AL and the Power Adder Fitech on Top. 
 
Engine dyno'd (on an engine dyno somewhere in Parra) at 440HP, He dyno'd it prior to the Fitech, using his own carb he got it to about 400hp. 
All he did for the Fitech was hook it up, enter a few parameters and run it up and down.

I was told that that 450hp was best case scenario for my combo, so the Fitech at 440hp considering the predicted optimal number and his achieved carb number, i'm really happy with the results. 
 
It's going in to my XE Ghia with a T56 and a 9 Inch, but it's still a fair way off from being together, should be fun!

Both sides are now in, gonna drop it soon and adjust it. As far as I can tell height adjustment must be with the spring seat collar, there's no other way I can see.

Do you have an XD or an XE?

If you have an XD, the leafsprings will fuck your universe

Maybe look at the physical size of the muffler and look for something that will allow for more clearance. Or get rid of the dudes and carry chicks they weight less, well most of the time anyway

Like everything it's all $$$ forced.I just bought a pair of Aerochambers for the ute but I have used DiFillipo in the past that everyone seems to hate...but I didn't mind bar for the fact they were loud. Nice deep note but loud.
 

 
Yes the tail pipe goe's right to the rear valance there...single 3" single muffler and stupid loud.

Id go a twin 2.5" system with custom crossover the diff and exiting through twins at the rear. ( Oh but youll need to chuck a clevo in first!)

im running a aero chamber quite happy with it tho video never sounds as good as it is

I might put up how to fix all the rattles to as i found out it has alot of them haha

they are a spot light, only come on when the switch on the left of the guage pod is pulled out plus on high beam *(maybe your fog lights use that switch now)
 
XFs have a similar setup and they come on with high beam always (not switched separate) and work amazing*(if the reflectors are any good still). you could wire them to come on at the same time as high beams.
 
first thing to do.. ADD RELAYS!  stock globes are fine and work VERY well with relays added.(if the rest of the lense/reflectors are good)
Check your reflectors inside the light assy.. are they shiny like a mirror? if not, get them reco'd(pretty sure the bigger one is same as the base model, double check that, they are more common though)
AIMING.. the clips that hold the reflectors on get brittle with age.. possibly broken one and aiming is out.
 
taking the lense off to access the insides if needed is risky(if you break a ghia lense. you may cry, they are rare and expensive)
 
clean lenses(glass)(and clean protectors) are needed too.
 
Ghia lights are brilliant when in good nic, they might be dull due to bad connections too.. pays to have a look at the electrical side being 30 years old.

So dont paint it until you can afford decent paint. or do it and find out

I'm interested to see what the rest of the world thinks is 'safe' compared to our Hoon Law loving modified car hating governments.
 
I might forward the info onto the Gruntfile dudes, who are heading up the AMEP.
They might be interested, since modified vehicle 'enforcement' is a hot topic atm.
 
Plus it's interesting to see just how overbearing and unnecessarily complicated our vehicle regulations are,
when compared to our 'close cousins'.

Easy done just buy a new facia bracket from eBay or any audio place.
