This radiators not in X series but anyways, I have just gone thru replacing the the copper nipon denso radiator in my 3.5lt  v6 Pajero.
I took my ND and a triple core core one that i brought from a swap meet to a mob called Pasino Radiators, theyve been around for over 40 years and absoulete legends in the game.

They tested both and said the ND was beyond repair and the swap meet one they would clean and replace the top tank $160.00 but no warranty on the repaired one.
For a new copper radiator i was quoted $850.

So i got an Ebay one,i did some research and found a listing that kinda only did radiators, it was $125.00.Ive bush bashed ,towed caravans  and tandem loads of firewood.
The needle has never gone over half.
Would i buy another one ? for sure.

In regards to the Ph of Cloud juice (Rainwater) i reckon it must be on the alkaline side.
Im on acreage and dont have mains water ,just rainwater from tanks(about 140,000 Litres) when full.
When i put lots of it into the pool, i always have to put Hydrochloric Acid in the pool to  bring the Ph back up.

the JVC i have in My gemini wagon now came with the XG bought and it was too damn confusing, so took it out.. when i finally googled and found on youtube how to use it, i like it better. but.. i'll have to youtube how to use it again because it's been a month since i last used it. that said, the pioneer did back to the demo mode due to almost flat battery and i had to youtube that also (SO DAMN ANNOYING, demo mode needs a SWITCH)
the JVC has multiple colours of backlight and display text )

Well  the the wags is just like its number plate
    ALL 000
    Circa 1980 green and white
(its the cooks car and thats her to T) all or nothing.

It didnt like being left all alone idle for a week.
    It was just flooded .
It drained the battery trying to get it to fire.
So i pulled it of the shed put a set of jumper leads on it and it went .
Thats a win for the good guys.

Depends on condition and if they can be verified to be working correctly. I've paid up to $70 for the complete premium unit, and what I've found is a lot of them have a strange issue where they struggle to power up (Panko knows what I mean I think).

Ultra desirable - no, unless you find a XF Ghia/ZL/FE owner wanting one.

I am an old fart and back in the day toploaders were the ducks guts cause that's all that was about.
The Xe lives out in the hills so its always a 1/2 hr to  3/4 hr on the 110 kph highways to most car events.
So is the t5 a better option, that way we don't have to tow a bowser behind us ?

that's the easy part, F100 wrecker in Carrum had them as running for $550 recently .. he's starting to pull the heads off them first now to check if they are standard bore(gets more money for the block that way) you have to ring him, or go there.. he's a bit weird lol, Jayson is his name, pretty much the price is the price, he's turns stuff over fast, so you could probably say for eg, ring me back when you get one , i want a good running 351, i'll give you a bit extra if it has a holley etc? had top loader bellhousings there but not sure how they go for fitting other boxes.
worth calling him anyway.. he freights stuff all over oz also. seemed to have a fair amount of BA ish stuff also for some reason
just found his link to good runner 351s, $1200.. as apposed to complete worn out one for $550 maybe ?

so between helping dad prep the new garage's floor for paint tomorrow, i was playing around with the car today. had a bit of a read through the workshop manual specific to weber carburettors, and realised there was a good chance i was running the car way too rich. so had a play with tuning the mixtures, and sure enough I was running it waaaaaaaaay too rich.
for the first time since running the weber, I've got the thing to idle pretty smooth at the correct idle speed. generally the only way it would idle smooth enough that the whole car wasnt rattling from the vibrations, was it bump it up to about 1000rpm. well now it is idling smooth at about 750-800rpm which is very close to right. stock spec is 700-750. i haven't driven it yet, ill test drive on the weekend sometime.

this may now also help with getting the engine to run warmer. Considering i had to wind the mixture screw in about 2mm, tells me i was over feeling it by a long way, not just a little. and a number of the members from RSOCV had hinted that too much fuel will make it run excessively cold.

I'm also quietly hoping it will now start easier. i.e. less fuel, less chance of flooding during start up.
