SLO247 1,713 Posted October 1, 2016 There's a plastic cover that clips on there. Same as EL GLi seats.
Defective 1,692 Posted October 1, 2016 And I'm not sure, but I don't think they will bolt into your xg. From memory one mount will need spacers.
SLO247 1,713 Posted October 1, 2016 Yeah they won't quite fit, one spacer sounds about right.
CHESTNUTXE 7,318 Posted October 1, 2016 yeah ok good info, where does the spacer need to go ,rear or front, cheers.
Defective 1,692 Posted October 1, 2016 yeah ok good info, where does the spacer need to go ,rear or front, cheers. I haven't had to do it, but I think it's the rear mounts, closest to the trans tunnel. 1 Mr Polson reacted to this

SPArKy_Dave 8,881 Posted October 1, 2016 If it were me, I'd try and buy the whole Panelvan. An April 99 XH panno, is the cream of the crop IMO. Ā Factory Hybrid OHC, Central Locking, Tubliner, Silver Sunraysia wheels. As new as you'll ever get, in a Falcon panelvan. 1 Defective reacted to this

CHESTNUTXE 7,318 Posted June 27, 2017 i need to buy a drivers seat for my xg drag ute project,it already has a normal sagged seat, will ef -el-au or ba bf fit ?i mean will it bolt straight in or use the rails off the xg seat ?
hendrixhc 10,921 Posted June 27, 2017 EB will bolt straight in. AU - BA need mods to make them fit. I found the AU seats sat to high and forward for a comfortable driving position. 1 CHESTNUTXE reacted to this
CHESTNUTXE 7,318 Posted June 27, 2017 ok thanks i might just get this seat re done with new foam trim is ok just saggy
hendrixhc 10,921 Posted June 27, 2017 Low series E seats would fit. DependingĀ on what sort of seat your looking for. If its a drag ute maybe an aftermarket sports seat might be the go bolted to your original rails.
