The passanger side is done! Once I started it was pretty simple with the only hickup being splitting the top ball joint. The replacements seem of good quality with the same range as the originals and after replacing the lower control arm it tracks much better.

USA ones are (for the equivalent mustang) BGDAV had to drill his out the slight extra on the Global West lower control arms for this reason.

I think most of the aftermarket arms, are aimed at the earlier models? -
did you get XA to XD lower arm bushes? if so they are smaller camber bolt thickness
-
Modern parts suck! Had to die grind the inside of the lower control arm bush to get the bolt in

Ive cracked into the suspention and I dont think Im the first one, Its rocking black pedders shocks and the lower ball joint and bushings are still good. Since Im replacing the lower control arm anyway its getting a new bushing aswell as ball joints all round but so far its been okay with only the upper ball joint having play

My battery in the boot but some pathetic hookups onto my alternator this afternoon, also another earth over on my power steering pump but pretty sure that's from the 6A MSD box
-
check you have a decent body earth *(usually on 6cyl they are bolted firewall to bell housing)
and the main earth goes battery to engine block normally.
bad earth would be my first look -
Thanks Sparky Dave ,check out my replies to Dean if you like 👍

Thanks as always, yes horn is on the blink at the moment also, no doubt a simple fix... Something else weird that's probably related, driving along static noise happening but when indicator in left or right position static noise stops.... Been bolting up the serpentine kit the last day so enjoying how that's coming along 😎
