I knocked mine in without drama on my clevo, should be the same thing here, did you use a bit of pipe or a large socket or something?

All the ones i have done b4 went in sweet but this one nope ,apparently clevo n windsor are the same but early 60,s windsor might be different

This kit doesn't fit 100% on a xy era timing cover there is 4 kits but ?1f7318879f5a062e35e7984b02f23b91.jpg

Top 2 small ones are fine ,waterpump ones are fine at this stage, but 4 main ones the bolts were to short so i used 2 carby studs and 2 bolts from the old au set up so have some left over826d129cfdab8b07c34b359f8feaefeb.jpgb4de961f5da665e132b45ff501d78605.jpg3ff30b54a1d42d187f2073e11298c7a3.jpg

Should be no issue at all, unless you run roller rockers.

Hey if fitting to xd xe xf would the au water neck be better as it faces up like a clevo early style for easy radiator hose fittment as the xr xy style used a different radiator?ad55571becd997afa2ab2143dc1734c7.jpg

Yeah, got it from supercheap, there’s a reason I couldn’t use the vertical outlet and from memory it was due to the timing cover so used an older angled style.

This is a photo from a few years ago when I thought about swapping to a V belt set up and realised that the pulleys didn’t line up.

You can see how I manipulated the Cleveland hose into the angled water neck.
