bigpaulo 239 Posted March 31, 2014 Im in the process of taking my ute interior back to stock, however i have a few things im not sure how they should look... This flat bit of plastic trim...is this standard? And if it is, how is it usually held in place? hopefully not those screws, because they are butt ugly.. Whats the go with these corner pieces? Is there a neater way to make them fit then those rivets? were they riveted on from factory? Cheers!
Mr Polson 10,214 Posted March 31, 2014 Without going to double check on mine, I'm pretty sure both of those are factory like that.

bigpaulo 239 Posted April 1, 2014 Ah thats a bit of a bummer. It looks like they just screwed up some plastic as an afterthought! not the neatest finish... 1 XFute-1JZsoarer reacted to this

Mr Polson 10,214 Posted April 1, 2014 You could fit the corner pieces neater by removing the rivets and glueing them down. Not sure what you could do about the C pillar trim. Remember, Ford made these for commercial use, and its not like many people would've paid attention to small trim bits like that, especially if you were just buying it to haul stuff in. And its not like there were rear passengers to see it either.
