    This one;
    I was more referring to the IPRA part. This one is a beast. I've seen it in the flesh. Wouldnt pass IPRA regs unfortunately.

    Interesting post. The Hyslop BF that runs in IPRA uses a standard windsor block of some sort as I'm pretty sure the IPRA guys have to use a factory not motorsport block. He's making big HP so I wonder how he doesnt "explode" blocks?

    2 - 10th's in the 60 ft is years apart Webby.Thats where you really ET in drag racing.You can tell if someone hasn't got there car sorted by the mph and there 60ft times. You may notice alot of late model cars run massive mph but slow 60ft's and et's due to suspension and car weight and driver ability.

    Mark actually started work on a belt drive for a xflow but I don't believe he finished it.Very very smart guy.

    Cheers, I'll keep that in mind. 50 thou is the golden number if given a choice then.

    1k is a bit rich for me just for pistons alone. You never know he might be able to get me a deal though. Won't hold my breath if that's the case.

    2k... Not gonna lie there is some part of me that says fuck it, let's do it. 2k is pricey but not totally outside of the realm of possibility. Depending on how much the machining is going to hurt my wallet it could be an option. I do know a couple of guys who may be able to do it for me unofficially (payment in a selection of fine alcohol ) but I realize that means there's no quality guarantee. Having said that they've both helped me a lot in the past and done a good job. If I have to get it done "properly" then maybe not.

    I take it I get the added advantage of having all the good gear for the bottom end if I want to slap a turbo on it one day?

    Sorry if this offends anyone but I'm going to say it anyway. LOL. Slotters belong on xw's and xy's and even then there are probably 1000 different wheels I'd put on them too before slotters. Sorry but just not a fan of em. I'll go get my flame suit on now before it starts to get to hot.LOL
