    could it be possible the water direction through the tap is wrong?  never tried reversing it but it has an arrow on it..

    Dads old car he used to have a ball valve(plumbing tap) used to turn it off in summer, and on in winter.. regulate the temp by fan speed and the window lol.. i find i use the window and heater a bit too..

    Here's a basic diagram for what you want to do Chris. Nothing wrong with switching it yourself, just don't forget! 
    Add a fuse between the relay and the fans for safety's sake.

    Whatever you do get a spare one and write on it and use it as a test one before touching the real one. You probably already thought of that though.

    i have a Stebel Nautilus car horn
    plus the 400hz stock electric horn all working at the same time
    it sounds like a sprinter train and scares the fuck out of people

    Just a follow up on the paint codes, I found this on my computer (stole it off another forum), has paint codes (incomplete) as well but also has trim/engine/gearbox etc.
    Wasn't sure where to post this, hope it's ok here.
