blackxt 699 Posted June 1, 2014 I'm just wondering has any one done this , I'm looking at fitting a v8 single rail in my ute , just because I have one , would it just be a matter of getting a t5 bellhousing and redrilling it , mabey making a sleeve to take up the clearance on the snout of the box.

Sent from my XT925 using Tapatalk

gerg 10,871 Posted June 1, 2014 I think there's about 0.020" difference between ODs of bearing retainers

All Falcon single rails are externally identical just ratios are different. 6 cyl has 3.43:1 1st, 302 & EFI have 3.06:1, 351s came with somewhere around 2.6 to handle the torque.
