While where here the door seals hold the roof tray up in a XH so fit them as well

I've decided to put an XH headliner in my XD ute, to pull the headliners out of XD-early XG utes (in one peice without cutting it that is) the rear window has to comeout.

Do the XH headliners have foam under the fabric? If it's crumbled away like they do in commodores, you may want to scrape off all the old foam and lay on some fresh foam. I think the thinnest clark rubber sell would be a good thickness to use.

 

I once tried to redo a headliner, and went too thick on the foam, which made it real difficult to refit into the car, wouldn't sit under the seals and such nicely.
