    That’s to be expected I guess, good news about the other models fitting ! I’ll take my auto to the mechanic and find out what else is needed and try and work a reco into the budget. I don’t want a 10 second Ute, just a responsive and fun to drive project, so the 6k+ Barra conversion just doesn’t make sense to me. If anyone has any information on improving my current set up by 100kw or so that would be really helpful. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Gday boys, wondering what the easiest way to convert my xh from auto to manual. Its already on the floor; this being said, I’d like to put a turbo on it pushing a few fifths of fuck all 7-8 pound, is it going to be easier and less costly just to find a new motor with a manual box ? It’s currently done 350,000 so it’s tired as is.

    Valve seems to have fixed it ! Didn’t end up taking it in to mech thankfully, got side tracked and pulled apart other things haha... down the rabbit hole we go.

    Went with 14”s all round. 12 week wait for my wheels, but I dropped it by two inches and it looks pretty nice I think, once I get the stockies off it should match what I had in my head

    Cheers boys about to drop it back to the mech who organised the gas. will wait and see if they charge me through the nose for something invisible. Will update once I get an answer

    Cheers thom for the info thom ! Does this mean mean if I stick to 15” and and put a 235/60r15 on the front it will still clear ?

    I refilled and it ran, got it home, moved it a day later into the garage then went for a lap around the block. it was running rough but it had full range revs . Now yesterday it started cutting out when I took it up the road. So nothings actually happened or been changed, just the tank last week.

    Yeah 6.5 was my bugger up. Thanks for the info guys. the tyres I’m pulling the trigger on are 235/60R15 on the fronts and 255/60R15 on the back. Will post some pics once I’ve finished it all off

  13. Help ! Just had my tank taken out and inspected for the first time last week since it was installed by ford brand new. All of a sudden I’ve got rough idle, and it’s cutting out as soon as I drop the revs over 1500. Not having the issue when I run it on petrol

Gday boys just needing some advice on the best wheels to drop into my xh. im currently looking at 245’s 15x7 on the fronts, and 265’s 15x8 on the back. my Hope is with the 2 inch drop in the front and back I’ll be able to fill the space a bit more. That being said, I have the 14x6stock Steelies on currently; and if there is a way to balloon a big enough tire onto them I probably won’t waste my time and money on the new 15’s but I really have no idea on what is the way to go here.
