xwagon 168 Posted March 2, 2016 hey guys need some help with getting my brake warning lamp to go, my ute failed a WOF today for this problem, first time they ever picked on this, so the vehicle is a xf ute that has had engine conversion to a 4.0 efi , so to me they have used the whole loom and dash, so i guess there should be another light that comes on the dash with the ignition on before startup? is this controlled by the lever switch in the brake master cylinder? xwagon 168 Posted March 6, 2016 have checked for a missing bulb, all there. can someone tell me what model of dash i have in the picture? so can look up a wiring diagram. how could i test for a fault with the switch on the master cylinder? also what number light should come on in relation to the battery dash light?
