pwn3d_69er 166 Posted November 2, 2014 I've got a full alloy rad for an EF but that will obviously be to wide in a x series without cutting do you have any photos on how yours sits in the passenger side with the A/C lines sticking past at all?
Ando81 2,949 Posted November 2, 2014 A local mechanic has told me to be wary of buying ally radiators off ebay. He used a cheap one in his speedway car and it is mounted in the back seat of an xf. He said he only got 6 races out of it and the hose outlets started to crack and leak, he put it down to cheap aluminium not coping with the heat cycles. pwn3d_69er 166 Posted November 2, 2014 All good, i did a bit more searching and can use a Gates Flex & Fit hose with an XG radiator, they do the sizes 38mm (EF pump) to 44mm (xg rad which is really 45mm same as EB)
