All good, i did a bit more searching and can use a Gates Flex & Fit hose with an XG radiator, they do the sizes 38mm (EF pump) to 44mm (xg rad which is really 45mm same as EB)

I've got a full alloy rad for an EF but that will obviously be to wide in a x series without cutting do you have any photos on how yours sits in the passenger side with the A/C lines sticking past at all?

As the title says looking at all the full alloy rads on ebay etc, anyone had used one of them WHILE still keeping A/C? Reason i as im planning on keeping the A/C with the 4lt in my XF but will be getting the rad modified to suit the EF/EL pipes DO they clear and are they the same SIZE wise V8/I6 as a whole across XD/E/F?
