Will EB ignition fit XG column?

My XG ignition barrel is stuffed, and the XG at the wreckers has had it's one pulled already.

I want to take the gauge cluster from a EB fairmont and was just wondering if I can use it's ignition also?

Or if any other model is compatible?

I don't need to worry about the smartlock as it's disabled thanks to a J3 chip.

XG lock assembly is a one off. E-series and XH had a a narrower column. The Tibbe barrels are all interchangeable, but you need to start with an XG assembly.

I might just grab a new one, they sell them for $45 with free postage on eBay.

I've got the whole XG assembly, it's just the dodgy barrel that's buggered.
