Hi guys so im restoring my xf ghia to new shape im wondering whether you can buy brand new door windows? (I already have windshield). Or do i keep looking for mint condition windows?

the thing is youl need to hassle your local ford dealer to see if they have new old stock ,they can also check the ford microcat system to see how many there are left in australia

Polishing windows does not work unfortunately once they are scratched its impossible to bring them to new spec. I will give my local ford dealer a call and see what they can do

Glass is often polished. Hence mentioning it. Obviously major damage can't be removed.

 

I have two spare sets here, if you were closer I'd give you them if they were any better.

 

Try these blokes too, maybe call them up? Seem to have some odd NOS bits.

I have tried every product in the past it only makes the glass more shiner but all the little imperfections still remain unfortunately. I will give them a try.
