I f I were doing it id use something like an impco system because the vialle gas that ford used on au are not tunable, and very expensive to replace a converter on.

Yeah au2 to bf3 run the same front end, can't say I've tried to do the upgrade either so couldn't say if the k frame is the same or not.<br />

S1 au has smaller front brakes and a different steering rack, that is the main mechanical difference.

I've never seen an au xr6 without lsd, it was an option on ba. Lsd was stock on au xr's.all the hp xr6 sedans were live axle, all the xr8 and vct xr6 sedans were irs no matter what series.<br />

That's why the hinges are adjustable, they wouldn't move if all the doors fitted exactly the same from car to car.

Yep,adjust the hinges on the body then fine tune with the door to hinges.

Take out the striker when lining up too,set the door up in the hole then make it close.The striker will throw it all over the place. If the gap is larger at the top it means the the top hinge needs to go backwards,which will lower the whole door,so then lift the whole door straight up to get it lined up. Make sense?

Is the gap even all the way along where the door meets the quarter panel?
