Thinking on buying my boss's stretch tasbash zl fairlane ,, has same motor converted to carb in it ,, fits well with the xf style heater box . Ill grab some pix tomorrow when im at work .

Yeh , bloke in moonah " hobart suburb" said he'd bend one up seeing its hard to sorce now ,, and the mid pipe , with my muffler , brackets /clamps and tip fitted for $360 .

Redbacks site is only interested in ba/fg or ranger by the look of it . Two places i rang in hobart said that they had trouble finding one in stock or even being produced anymore .

First up ,, i have read the supercharger v's turbo thread ,, and dont want to get into that debate . As i was interested to see if someone would pipe up that has done such a kit ,,, With answers to the clear questions i asked . Tips , parts needed etc etc . and curiosity to see how long before turbo would be mentioned

Thats exactly the direction i was going with the question , have heard of pushrods being bent trying to fight against valve spring tension . Ive always done rockers up by winding over to get the cam lobe away from the lifter on each available cylinder

Never seen those " cover's " on the rear door windows before .

Should check the O ring in the first and reverse servo pot , whilst its open .

Few drops of oil in the cylinders ,, see if compression reading changes

Does your gear lever " shunt " about when you press on the pedal ,,? Motor mounts , gearbox mount ,, as above

Has new control arms on the diff all round ,, new shocks and rubbers ,," did it before all the new gear went in it . " Just some times coming down from say 20 kph to stand still in mingling traffic ,, and only every now and again , like weeks apart ,, it will do it . Real rythmic clonk clonk clonk noise with what feels like a sort of hopping feel ,, like when you see a full locker diff doing a U turn feel . Odd .. will replace the uni joint ,,see if its that . cheers blokes

Wierd feeling / noise coming from the LTD diff a clonking noise and sort of binding/ hopping feeling is coming from the right side when decelerating . Only happens some times " ie rarely" ,, when in a straight line . Wtf ,,? The lsd locking/unlocking ,,???
