Get rid of the efi intake fit a 4bbl manifold il did up my wiring diagram for the dizzy youl need to fit a 3 psi fuel pump but it will run fine however u still need to mods the mounts

done a 100 of these conversion, weld plate to gearbox xmember, problem solved, use x series v8 engine mount plates to stock clevo mounts, elongate holes in front xmember 25 mil forward and do the same to the back of the holes on engine mount plates, this will let the left head clear the heater pipes get rid of xg radiator n fit xd xe v8 style radiator also get rid of xg radiator bolt ,

shaving bars n tailights give it the torino effect on the rear, also chopping out the centre pillar gives it that distinct yank look

in n.s.w hids are illegal but the cops up here book you for everything but whats wrong. and most dickheads in n.s.w dont dip their headlights and hid is mainly used for hi beam ,i know this but being blinded by n on coming car who refuses to dip his light make me want to chase him her down n flogg em stupid ,as it so rude.. when im riding my hayabusa at night i have to stop as it dazzles and blinds

they should ban hids as they blind other drivers ,there imo not a good thing

just hit it with plastic primer then 2k primer filler let it dry knock it back wit400 wet n dry then black n clear ,presto, one hot looking mirror

thing is bloke if you lay the 1k primer on to wet n dont let it dry dead flat it will give you slight fish eyes ,, if you wash the mirror clean with prepsol itl react with the plastic primer as the prepsol is oil based ,use gp thinners to wipe it clean, then wait until its completetly dry then prime with the 1k primer ,

rattle cans ,a total waste of time, as the shit in them fades , rub mirror back flat ,if the area is new give it a dust of 1k plastic primer, its a clear undercoat, let it dry then dust on your colour, 3 lite lite dry coat ,wait a full five minutes, give it another coat a little wetter then wait 20mins .before giving it a final coat of clear etc ,only use 2 pak colours as acryilic painting system is old out dated rubbish ,yes i know there are die hard acrylic paint fans on here ,but honestly you need to use 2 pak , easier to use ,drys faster n harder and no buffing .

Just use the stock e series dizzy run the stock coil n simply delete the efi its not that hard the dizzy only supplies the spark . the efi is timed off it so .u really only need to remove efi an fit carb n manifold yul be fine
