Short form: Rub back to metal, key with 80 grit. Wash down with wax and grease remover and etch prime. Prime with undercoat and carry out any repairs with filler. Rub back and smoothe repair. Reprime and check for high and lows. Repair if necesary. reprime nd rub back with 600 wett to prep for final coats. Final coats and finish.

Thats pretty much how the one man brake bleeding kit works! The coke bottle idea is good though cause it costs bugger all and has a larger capacity.

I bought a $12 one man bleed kit. Worked well and i recon i had the whole job done under and hour. Went through 2 and 1/2 bottles of fluid to all the air was out. The booster wont have much play on the feel of the pedal when your bleeding. I did have to put a lot of pressure on the pedal and hold it down for a bit to acheive the flush. Pedal was spongey til ihad done all four. Remember order of bleed is drivers rear, passenger rear, passenger front, driver front.

No drain plug on FMX pan and is filled through the dipstick tube.

I have got steel tuning lines for both of mine that run down to the engine mount and cross the cross member and up pass the drivers side engine mount and up to the box. XES ( Pete ) made them up for. Ill try and find the photos later tonight for you.
