Heres what the wheel looks like after todays effort, tomorrow i will give it a bit more of polish then scuff the grey area then prime/ paint satin blk then put it back on the car & start on the others This motospray paint stripper is good shit better than that messy red crap in the tin

I was thinking the exact same thing but only cos the paint stripper i had in the tin leaked into the grey area overnight oh well shit happens. Got a can of spray on paint stripper today & a polishing kit from Supercheap its starting to look pretty good not 100% perfect but hat 80grit really fucked the wheel silly me but it looks heaps better than before, ill put up pix after.

Well the paint stripper is working well should have known so ill get another tin & one of those polishing kits thanx fellas

This centre cap i havent touched yet This one i sanded by hand with 320 up to 2000 then polished with autosol couple Of times

I started off with the 320 but it did nothing to get the crap off the face of the rim & had some 80 grit so though what the hey & it got rid of the stains/imperfections Needs a bit more work but theres no turning back now will look good when i finish it then have to do 3 more.

I went to Jacob springs to get my fc rear leaves reset years ago cost $300 from memory but I think it would be probably $500 now. I dropped the car off in the morning & it was finished in the arvo.

Well I rechecked everything & the passenger side loom for the window has no power but drivers side does so what do I do now

Hi all as title says front pass window not working, noticed it on Friday so decided to investigate today the loom has power & I disconnected the elec motor plug put power to it from a battery & wires & window goes up & down fine I even used multiple sets of window switches thinking it might be a faulty switch but still no go i did the same on the drivers window switches too but nothing any ideas? dirty connection maybe?

Might just unplug them & clean the pins on driver/passenger switches & see what happens

Or do u mean test it with the switch plugged into the loom still? (I haven't tried that). Would the fault be at the drivers side switch for the pass.window or passenger side cos neither are working .

Yeah I put test light on the pin of the loom when I unplugged it from the actual switch & it lit up
