help with rear brake part requirements

hey guys doing a rear brake setup on my xf with a el diff and I need to know,

 

what size the tube is?

and what parts I will need?

I want to run a flexible line from the existing hardline on the body of the xf to the diff

into a t piece at the diff 

hard line to each side of the diff 

 

with flexible hose from the hardline to the callipers

 

If some one can help with what fittings and parts I will need that will be greatly appreciated
