adrianphu123 73 Posted June 17, 2013 Hey guys, once in a while, the clutch cable bracket on the pedal end will rub against something at the top of the clutch pedals travel. The part im talking about is http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/GENUINE-FORD-XA-XB-XC-XD-XE-XF-XG-FALCON-CLUTCH-CABLE-PIVOT-FORK-PEDAL-END-/290683552962?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43ae1704c2&_uhb=1 Any ideas on what causes this? The pin appears to be welded up pretty solid so i dont think thats loose. Clutch is otherwise fine. thanks adrian
deankxf 20,294 Posted June 17, 2013 i've had them hit at the top of the plenumn a few times in the past, so i bash it up in that area.(be the same as yours) not sure why or how it does. but it does. you could probably space down the pedal box a bit?

BBS XE 160 Posted June 19, 2013 Mine did that too when I converted it, just did as dean and bashed the plenum in a bit where it was rubbing.
