    Found these closed chamber heads on marketplace and original price of $100 was dropped to $50 the description in picture looks pretty rust so i guess thats why no one wanted them but when i get there i see the rust was just gold metalic paint lol $50 bargin ,someone reco these some time ago and only need the action man clean up Sent from my SM-G610Y using Tapatalk

    Work has ground to a halt as i havent found another 400 block to build the stock engine and sell it,and i dont have a 351c crank to start building the std bore clevo,i have all new parts to go on them ,351c crank is very hard to find lately i even considerd vuying a $1800 393 stroker kit from usa cause it comes with new crank rods n pistons by the time ya find a crank and have it machined there goes $500 then buy new pistons n rings $500 then buy and get rods reco probly 300 and ya already around 1500 Sent from my SM-G610Y using Tapatalk

    ok those silverlite pistons are dish ,and i dont know where you saw that add for the 400 rods bushed i cant find it on usa e bay maybe you can send a link bro.

    [mention=7196]CHESTNUTXE[/mention] there was also the possibility at these pistons (above) with 400M rods bushed, just saw a STD set on US ebay at $133.55usd From memory THOM also had EFi on his Customline's Clevo with downdraft ITB's. & Back when I was looking at Holley's Terminator X EFi Kit for 5.0 Windsor, I figured it would run a Clevo if you used a Holley Dual Sync dissy & had a intake modified to fit injectors.     that bracket is for esp scheel seats which raises the seat up ,when i fitted my scheels i left the bracket out so the seat sat lower.

    The latest 400 forged pistons come in many cc for juggling your comp but they are very nice and pricy too by the time you land them cheapest is about $800 au Sent from my SM-G610Y using Tapatalk

    You can also bush the 400 rod and use clevo pistons as say a set of sealed power aussie flat tops have 1.645 comp height normal 400 piston is around 1.630 so your 15 thou up the hole already then shove the aussie 02 heads on it and bam around just over 10.1 Sent from my SM-G610Y using Tapatalk

    Action man had a pipe dream last night about using 302 rods on 400 and 351m piston cheap mans 11.1 but nope i did the calculations and its still 0.317 down the hole lol 5.51.1 comp Sent from my SM-G610Y using Tapatalk

    i just got it cleaned up at the machine shop,so tomorrow can sus it out a bit more ect,want to see the std bore if can be saved but olm8 says buy good pistons and go 020 clean up,i was going to throw some serius coin at it to arc it up,i have the single plane intake,decent roller cam ,i have a full re co 400 crank 20/20 ,but at this stage i will probly keep it,and sit on the fence with it jack ,not really sure what its worth but be dam hard to find another one in australia as they only made them in 1971,as the chart says,high nickel,but i always end up selling stuff and then moving on to something else so who knows.

    Went to machine shop and yup all is good and why buy 2 new valves for $40 when $80 buys you a set of opens with valves but wait a sec as i turn the head over i see the rare 2 dot clevo heads these only came out on xy and very early xa 351c 1st time i ever scored these Sent from my SM-G610Y using Tapatalk

    olm8 said lets try and just clean it up at 020 to keep as much meat as possible,its in the tank atm he will leave it in there for a few days then hose it down so we can get an idea on the bores it might even be ok as std ? .
