if you havent pulled the hindge off the body dont touch it,just adjust the door

not to hard ,to align, loosen the 4x front bolts ,put a trolley jack under the front of the door to lift it a little nip up 1x bolt top n botton, then remove jack and close to check for alignment, this might need to be done a few times ,but easy as process.

make mounts to mount them ,by thermostatically controlled switch to screw into the block, wire through a relay,im sure super cheap does wiring kits for 50bucks, also run an internal switch so u can over ride the thermostatically controlled switch, if you get caught in traffic and want them on all the time, also keep in mind these puppies draw a lot of juice so use a good quality switch i fitted them to my old ea with a 351 clevo init and until i spent good money on a good switch i always had dramas with them,

no it fits straight in, so i thought after putting the xe dash in will the el dash fit, well low and behold the el dash was almost a direct fit, with the exception of the 2x outter top screw holes,

check the pcv valve give it a shake to see if you can hear it rattle, if not is rooted ,if it rattles quietly give it a soak in petrol to clean it,

you dont want to remove the rough finish were the engine number goes the cops will lock you up,
-
jack it up check the bearings first, also make sure the little metal spacer plates are behind the pads, or if they have been glued back to the piston in the caliper,as a floating pad will give you the same noise

the smaller spring is a pain, it wont really do anything ,2nd leaf spring ,yes the tension, is hard ,before you pull the spring down drop a big phillips head screw driver or a bit of threaded rod with nuts onit to keep the bolt hole lined up as well ,yes getting the shits with cars is normal
