OK guys I have a 6 cyl tacho for a ford xe and I want to get it recalibrated for a v8 does anyone know where to send this to get it recalibrated cheers

I love your dedication mate just wish you lived down the road my xe would be killing right now I'm a fitter/turner/water treatment operator panel beating just aint my game small repairs yes big panels hahahah what can I say F**KING USELESS

any1 know if they make new skins for boots and bonnets for xe's I have new door skins just cannot fins these

yeah I have 2 beaver panels so could probably make my own but i'll leave it to the pros be well worth the money he is pretty cheap I hear, as for the door skins might just take a grinder to the edge tomorrow gonna replace them anyways

I do remember some1 saying on the x series skins if you run a grinder on the edges it will separate the outter panel from the inner I could be wrong

yeah pete I'm getting retro rods to fit all the new skins and make a new beaver panel up with dual exhaust outlets, I'm seeing if they can make a new bonnet/boot skin while I'm there if not i'll repair my own, those skins are a pain to remove by the looks of it might let them do that also, and I need to go to my mates booth to spray epoxy primer my little compressor just don't cut the mustard

why not if they make em makes more sense to me then buying a bonnet in primer full of bog and hidden rust

yeah there like 10mins from me they do great work I'm waiting to hear back from them

nah I'd prefer metal I just bought new door skins the bonnet and boot would be easier to reskin that I have

he uses anodes on batteries I will look at his setup and get him to jot down what he has done the bolts he did and some parts including gaurds etc turned out awesome it strips panels back to bare metal and the bolts etc in his other setup turns them out like new bolts

look on youtube etc a mate has a bath with batteries etc for stripping old bolts back to like new etc I think he using like bi crab or something also

very common practise today most guitars are dip like this for marble effects etc once cleared over it's like any paint job

single rails are weak as piss IMO if your building or running a decent output engine don't bother it's either auto with stally or toplaoder/t5

t5 out of an e series for sure I got one here from an eb in mint condition not needed no more as i'm going c4 now as my setup suits this better

t5 is for sale $400 perfect condition

was converting my xe to manual but havbe decided to keep auto what auto box should I run and shifter etc for 600hp clevo

I had this on the wreck I bought the guy wanted to buy the rims gutter crazed snowies don't ask me why they where shot but the fronts where seized on I use wd40 and soaked then I used truck wash with metho best to wash cars with also removes bugs etc I let that soak then get a sledge hammer and work around the inside hitting the tyre gently it should pop off

paint code is D = mint glaze just get 4 ltrs and spray the lot
