Bolt straight in, plug straight in, and away you go, zero mods, direct fit, keep the bellhousing and torque converter with the EL box, the XG converter will probably work fine though
actually, not in XR6 form(all T bar i'd bet), but if anyone else needs to know later, make sure the bell housing can mount a column shift on before fitting it all up if your car is column shift
as easy as fitting another XG auto, except the EL one has no dipstick, so you have to follow the EL filling instructions
