I to am doing a motor upgrade to the XG in the near future but im going the Au engine and turbo kit with cam, springs and J3 chip. No real mods to do to fit it all up and not that expensive.
Im sure the barra could go in but would need loom work and other mods.

I have RDA slotted and dimpled rotors on the front of the ute with RDA pads and another brand called Toro on the back.
Both sets took a long time to bed in and quieten down and i still think after about 1500km they are a bit spongy for my liking.
I was thinking of trying a different set of pads on the front at least.

I recon i could make one similar to that.
That one, unfortunately, is local pick up only in NSW.

Im wondering how close a standard XR6 dump pipe would go to lining up.
eg like this
-
yeah thats what i figured.
I dont have a picture of the outlet at the moment but it would mate up to the above example
-
With the 5 bolt outlet flange its it acceptable to use one of these with a 2.5- 3" adapter welded in place to the dump pipe?
The turbo i have has an internal waste gate.
-
Ive noticed that most of the exhaust outlet flanges for the turbo are 63mm ( 2.5") diameter.
Is a 2.5 inch sytem suitable for a turbo engine or should you go a 3"?
-
Id go auto.
I find my toploader clunky and annoying after a while.

I think the phrase 351 cleveland and economy don't compute comes to mind.
I'm glad my ZH doesn't have a trip meter.
You beat me to it.
My Clevo drinks more than a fish. I choose not to know its lack of economy!

To add a picture you need to get a photobucket or imageshack account and up load your photos there.
From there you can copy the image link code and paste it in your post to display the picture.
Apparently if you use tapatalk from your phone you can upload pictures that way somehow.
