heres a cct i drew up Only thing i would do different is instead of wiring the manual switch dirrect to the fans use it to trigger the to drive relays!

I was going to say die grinder with small sanding wheels. I also used a drill with small wire brushed and a hand wire brush. -

removing bearing cups from axle

Depending on how gunked up they are they generally pull out fairly easily. From memory i just made a hook out of thick wire and pulled them out. It was more fun getting the bearing off the axle. I useda die grinder with a small cutting disk to cut part way through the race and shattered it off with a cold chisel. -
Going to get a gilmer drive for the clevo. Lots on market. Any opinions what to get and steer clear of?
