Thanks for the replies guys. Wanna get one real soon and get that part of the build all squared away. Wasnt quite sure of the pressure levels. They seem to be advertised as any where between 25 and 200psi ratings.

Where on an XE have people mounted said Holley blues?

Was wrecking out a padded console, which i believe might be fairlaine or xf, and decided to rip of the padding for a look see and realized that they are just XD XE ghia style consoles recovered. It doesnt look like it would be too hard to strip and get all the glue off and have a decent console at the end. Good thing is the plastic wasnt brittle from the sun cause its been covered.

Will an XC one fit!?

My Xc had the exhaust dumped at the diff and it was crap. Couldnt hear any conversations inside and yes the fumes from the exhaust were quite bad. Much better with the twin 2.5" out the back!

Cheap sand blasting gun form Supercheap is good. Brass wheels on the angle grinder and smaller brass wheels on the drill work well to. -
So with a battery in the boot, cranking over a Clevo, what cable rating have people used? eg gauge

So after looking for ages for some info i find this chart a few minutes after my post. I guess 0000 is the go.

Question on Cleveland Saginaw Power steering pumps.
hendrixhc replied to hendrixhc's topic in Cleveland
Im starting to form the opinion that any Gm saginaw pump is going to fit and work and it is a matter of judging the steering "feel". if it is to light then add some washers to the adjuster and if it is to heavy then remove some washers. I might just get the old pump and check the mountings are the same and try me luck with a chrome one.
