Your gunna burn your ankle every time you jump out the door bro!
-
I had a look at the PBR and Aussie Desert Cooler units and while i would say their finish is far superior so is their pricing at roughly 4 times the price. I have also read of late of issues with leaks. Dont know if its true or not though.
-
That was my thoughts exactly Ronny.

Thats the same radiator i got as well.
-
I got some seals from Rare Spares today. Hope there the right ones cos the guy didnt seem overly confident.

Hook it in to the door switch wiring behind the kick panel. Remember the door switches switch earth so youll need a 12v supply to power the other side of the lamp. You can get that from any 12v circuit.
-
Im assuming you only want it lit at night? Couldnt you pull 12v from any light bulb source eg shifter light or cigarette lighter illumination. Why do you want to light the floors? Im an old fart and no understand!

I only use the cheap arse tyre shine from the reject shop. I find it pretty decent.

This picture shows the cable in the bracket when it was up the other way. I found it just knocked the air filter based on WOT.
-
From an old fellas memory i had to put a small cut in the cable retainer to fit the inner cable through and then the retainer nuts went each side of the bracket and tightened up perfectly. I could adjust the position of the cable easily to get the correct throw on the linkage. Also need to buy a 1/4" throttle ball to bolt on to the carby linkage.
-
Personally if i was buying another one i would go Aeroflow. Never had any issues with any of their products. Only downfall is its about double the price.
-
I bought it from some seller called Ghostauto. Just tried to find a re listing for the item but its not coming up as re listed.
-
Shit no. Wash your mouth out!

I got one on the XE. I found it best flipped upside down and using the GM linkage on the carby with the cable feeding in from the front. Gives full throw on the carby and doesnt foul on anything. Im also using a 1" phenolic spacer and a drop base air filter. And yes i know i have to get the return spring chrome plated! This bracket i got was $50, no name brand. It looks to be pretty good quality though - no weak parts or anything.

The importance of testing your brake fluid
hendrixhc replied to SPArKy_Dave's topic in Steering, Suspension and Brakes
This is a good video of how to vacuum bleed your brakes. Reminds a lot of you guys that have been on the piss the night before and got the shakes! -
Thats what mine were doing.

I find Pioneer shit (My Opinion Only). I had 2 expensive pioneer amps to drive my subs and both of them shit themselves with various issues related to soldering and fractured connections. I ended up getting a cheap arsed Schneider amp and have had it for bout 7 years now without a hitch.

I had the same thing with my tool chest i bought from supercheap. After lifting the bastard out of the box ( which had been retaped) i started putting it together to find half the shit missing and a dent on the top. It had been returned and put back on the shelf.
