-
Go for a light tap all around the cast part to break the taper and then focus all your energy on one sharp blow to the thread and it will pop. You need to focus though.
-

I put my set on my KB laser and went out for a drive at night and snapped the passenger one off the very same day i got them. My mate turns around and unbolts one off his sigma and says here have this one!

I think my turning circle could be improved with an LSD.
-
Turning circle on my XG is shit. Is that the same on the XF. My Xc seems fine.

-
I had a set of 150watt Ashdown round spotties om Cortina for a while. They were very good. You need to look for lights with out diffracted lenses.

Yeah i solder everything. I even solder all the crimp joins on those narva relay connectors to. Solder, heatshrink and cover the looms.
-
Id be cutting, stripping, twisting and soldering then heat shrink. The twisting will supply enough mechanical strength that they wont crack or fracture.
-
Didnt end up using it in the XE. It now lives in the XC ( for a few more weeks anyways)!

-
Im pretty sure it was more like the 10 oclock position. The one sitting adjacent to the manifold vacuum fitting.
-
I found with that dizzy, when it was in my XC, the vaccum advance was almost touching the thermostat housing.

Have you got Spark?

I believe they are only a light load rating in comparison to the rims for the utes and Territories. Im not sure if i am 100% correct but the figure of 750kg for standard alloys and 850kg for 104H rated terri and ute rims rings a bell.
