    Is a cat a cat?

Being new to these modern xg utes i was wondering can i replace the cat convertor with any cat convertor? For example can i remove the standard one and fit a high flow 100 cell commodore convertor with no detrimental effect on legal obligation or performance?

    Is a cat a cat?

Cat wont line up. Youll need to cjop and add flanges. I went aftermarket parts was cheap and can be polished later!

    Sumitomo tyres...

They are slightly rounded on the tread pattern, eg not as square looking as the BF Goodriches. That didnt really concern me.

    Dual Radio Setup

Why dont you use an FM modulator to feed the signal from your blue tooth, ipad or what ever to your premium stereo.
  20. Seeing as the stereo in the ute is crap and the fascia is in need of some TLC i have been toying with the idea of making a custom fascia and using something like a samsung table or an ipad as the audio source. This can be wired up with a usb charger hardwired to supply the power and a 3.5mm audio plug feeding a small amp for the speakers. I have seen it done on youtube in a ricer but not a X series. Has anyone on here done this yet? Just looking for ideas and thoughts.

Anyone used a tablet for their audio needs?

well i was just sitting here thinking if its worth getting a tablet to try out my idea and then i remembered a spare one i had in the cupboard - 7" Samsung Galaxy with 8 gig memory. This idea now has a pair of legs!

I gotta get some new brakes on the ute. I been looking at brand called Tora. They seem to be reasonably priced and get good reviews.
