The 300hp one has been done to a tee by a guy over here for his daughters xf and it did work out well for them and on the money, thats the only one i know that is on the road.

Yeah i will add that whilst i am using crow gear atm, i will not be with my new setup. They are great for off the shelf matched stuff but when ive spoken to them about chopping and changing to wat suits me they have been useless whereas when i have spoken to camtech they def seem to be on the ball.

Meh when ive got my bottom end together im starting a new forged bottom end so wen thats finish my short block will go up for sale... Proven 270rwhp with the right head and bolt ons lol but as yet has not proven reliable bloody things ;-)

Yeah mate they are from an xf so if you have one ill gladly grab it ;-) and nah you can keep that other one and maybe make a nice coffee table lol
