Your in luck, mine has had at least 1 skim in its life and i cc'd the chambers a few months ago. Will check my notes when i get home but was 47 or 48cc.

Yup as above and give the ironhead to ando so he can flow test it for shits n giggles!!! Coz ironhead is missing from the flowbench section lol
-
Took me by suprise last week when it fell out of my new set as i put them in the shed.

If you undo those three flange bolts and pull out the flange, there is smaller pipe welded to the flange. Currently sitting inside your collector lol Nothing a saw can't fix
-
Just fyi incase you haven't taken the flange out of the headers yet, it tapers down another 1/4 to 1/2 in on the prewelded pipe
-
Its a good feeling ain't it lol The parts arriving, not the wees haha

Its your lucky day. Pm me your email address and i can send you photos of the pages if you dont wan't to buy the book. -
It'd be 10 years i'd say, been off the road for last few but would have seen 40 or 50k km's at a guess.

Alrighty school holidays have slowed me down but snuck out to the shed today. Think someone is messing with me because the drives on 4 different dizzy's are all 12.5mm. O.E points dizzy, xe, xf est and tfi. I think before i bought it someone must have replaced the xc dizzy with later model points dizzy. And i never had an issue lol.

Oneday someone will flow an ironhead for shits n giggles. Found plans for a decent bench, now i just need time and money...as per usual lol Edit : changed iron to ironhead.
-
Ahh finally someone else doing up a ropesealer lol When i first rebuilt mine for lpg i fitted a new xe solid state dizzy. Did 20 odd thousand km's without issue. I dont remember modifying anthing but was years ago. Have the old points dizzy in my toolbox at work and the solidstate one in the shed, will bring points unit home tomorrow night and have a measure up and compare. With pics and part numbers
-
Very cool. Noone round here has a flow bench to play with... might have to build a basic one sometime for shits n gigs.
-
Yup like polson i have been using ryco kits for years. Through work on customers cars and my own. Never had any issues.
-
Sweet. Manage to score another clutch fork n release setup from an xb for cheap. Should be right looking from the pics.
-
From a ford dealer? I gave the local guys the number and they said obsolete in nz and oz cant get any. Guess i should try one of my out of smalltown syndrome dealers.
-
Be easier to just fit an xe 2 wire dizzy as a temporary measure if its just for shits n giggles. Then swap in tfi and msd when it arrives
-
The amount of workshop discussions over the years of how to make a switched blower setup is beyond count. Some ideas have even had a slight chance of working. Still good movies. Might have to put them on later.
-
I had been considering the fitech efi carb. Cheaper than Holley and imo looks better. But then i really want triple jenvey heritage's with emerald ecu. There's even an msd option now too. Lots of possibility's for you

Umm that input shaft is meant to in the box....
-
Shiite that reminds me i haven't measured the forks. Can't rush these things
-
