Hey all, just wondering if anyone has done this? Looking to run a drop tank with twin exhausts on each side.

XYZ. XR-XF Falcon Front Coilovers

These coil overs look like a nice mod, great for improving handling and adjustable ride height. RRS may seem expensive however the money you spend to setup stock modified suspension properly is not actually cheap either. I have done both, and you will always suffer from shithouse ball joint angles trying to run any decent camber. If you want serious handling you need to cough it up. Just the RRS struts were 3.8 seconds a lap quicker than the stock modified setup, and it handles and rides like my FG. The best thing for me was engineers will sign off on any RRS product with no testing. Plenty of aftermarket options these days out there, which is great for the box models. -
Thanks for the pics JETFTR, awesome work!!

Thanks gents, thought it might be structural as the bumper mount is one side and the watts link on the other.

Single 3" is a bit too restrictive imo, this is only a 380-400Hp Clevo. They sound awesome, however listen when it goes past.

Most panel shops only do insurance work now. I got my bonnet sprayed by Brett at Mitchell Smash Repairs, I was very happy with the job.

To give you an idea I was stuck in a queue at Summernats for over 20 minutes just idling and it was over 40 degrees and it sat just under 200F. That's unshrouded as well just with the 16" SPAL, with a shroud would have been even better.

PWR is an awesome radiator, belting around the track sits under 180.

Chaise I am pretty sure its Australia wide, I spoke to 2 engineers about twin turbo in the ACT and they referred me to VSB14. Formula is heaviest variant of model multiplied by 3 for blown or 5 for NA gives you the max cc. So ESP was 1560 x 3 = 4680cc for blown and 1560 x 5 = 7800cc for NA. Which is a bit stupid considering how much power you can make with a NA 7.8L big block.. lol

Coyote engines are awesome, the 335 Miami is epic and would be unreal in an early Ford. The problem is with the new rules (VSB14) you would struggle getting a blown engine engineered. 4.68L is the biggest blown engine you can put in an XE. Without notching the towers you would have little chance getting a modular motor in, I doubt the brake booster would fit as well. This would be sweet for 15k the Ford Racing Aluminator XS, 500Hp+ spins to 8000rpm. http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/part_details.asp?PartKeyField=23300

Mustang front suspension comparable with falcon?
sikxe351 replied to n00bus m@x1mus's topic in Steering, Suspension and Brakes
Other options are Global West Suspension and Maier Racing. All of them are great products and will be a huge improvement. I went with RRS because I want to run 10s on the front.
