Replace the neutral switch on the side, cheap to do and they cause all sorts of changing issues when they are stuffed.

Hoppers stoppers kit is all custom stuff i thought, i want to keep as many off the shelf parts as possible in case i break it somewhere. Besides it's pretty pricey, 2K plus last time i checked.

Ive seen the K frame graft used in speedway, it's fairly straight forward, but havent seen it done on anything else.

Where to buy a repro BOSCH elec dizzy, for a 351c blue block?
Stevemack replied to RAWDEAL's topic in Cleveland
Call me at work on 0354724333, i reckon i can get new repro lookalike ones, (two wire) for 150 -200ish. Been a while though I'll have to check if they are still available, they were good quality ones too. -

Catch can , on a v8, not sure how to go about it
Stevemack replied to RAWDEAL's topic in Forced Induction Tech
Run a hose from each rocker cover into a t-piece then to the catch can, put a breather on the catch can and either drain it back to the sump or onto the ground. If you are looking at some high revs then do it, otherwise don't bother. -
One more thing about keeping a clevo cool, under the thermostat there was a donut looking plate, most people pull this out to create more flow. DOn't do it it actually does a great deal to keep the clevo cool, if you don't have one, get one, and also a CASE IH thermostat fits in great, has heaps better flow too.

Try a new balancer, had one a while ago with that kind of vibration, balancer looked fine but a new one got rid of the vibration.

I've just removed all my LPG stuff from my clevelend, it was running GAs Research throttle body and B2 mixer, it was so reliable, i converted it back when LPG was 11c per litre. It was great fun, but it used to get 5ks per litre of LPG and that was tuned. In my opinion stay with fuel, LPG will serve no other purpose than to make you a bit different than the rest, but economy for your wallet you won't get. Gas research stuff aint cheap either, but it's the best LPG stuff around imo. I'll sell you my stuff if you still want to go that way though.

I've got 2V closed chamber heads on my 351, but i got 4V valves put in, well worth it! 600 vac sec holley and a torquey cam. I would put a Funnelweb inlet on if i had the coin, they work really well, even more torque. Have ditched the standard fan and am going to run a BF single thermo (once i get one from Ant!) Really great cruisers the clevos.
