thanks Ill check that. The door lock assembly does move when i lift the handle. I have a new handle on the way as the plastic washer is buggered where the rod goes in. I have straightened the rod out and ill see how we go. cheers.

cheers guys i have noticed that the door isnt closing right up so maybe the catch needs moving in a tad?

hey all, I'm having trouble opening the drivers side door on the xf ute. spent ages on it but basically i need to pull the exterior handle up twice before the door will open. It seems to be a problem with the internal catch not going high enough on the first lift of the handle. Would it be something to do with the rod between the handle and the internal mechanism. cheers guys

hi, my odometer and trip meter have decided to stop working. XF ute the speedo is fine. Happened a long time ago and a jiggle of the tripmeter knob fixed it what should I try?

quick question will 20 inch wheels form an xh fit on my xf ute? Mor concerned about the stud pattern than the size. cheers Scone

Hi all. I want to replace the door seal on the xf ute because it has splt. So question is it appears to be attached to the vinyl cord thing that goes around the door frame whatever that is called. So is that glued and how would I get it off there? Its held down by clips along the bottom of the door.And I guess I would just glue the new one on? cheers Scone
