I have a TFI dizzy that doesn't sit into my 86da block.. It has a new crow cam installed and using the dg2 dizzy gear. The cam is installed with welsh plug and all, so I can't check but it feels like the gears aren't alligned as you can force it in most of the way with a bit of tapping but then it gets really tight... but the same dizzy with dg2 gear just slips nicely into an 84da block and standard cammed engine I have.
Anyone care to tell me what is going on? Should I just 'tap' it in with a mallet and hope for the best? Haha.
