I'd also like to know what the following plugs in the loom are for if anyone knows. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

That would be good. Thanks. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Is this the of/off throttle position switch in the picture above? The temp sender just goes from the thermostat housing with one of those blue plugs in the loom yeah? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Yeah I know, but I'm trying to get the est working well. Do I need a throttle position switch for the est? I've ordered a new map switch and I'm just trying to see what else I need to make it function properly. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

What does a xf throttle position switch look like. I'll be able to retrofit it to suit the holley and use the existing plug Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Are they required for the est setup? I'm going withba holley. Also do I need a throttle position switch? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

How many bar is a standard xf map sensor? I've done research and many vehicles are fitted with similar map sensors with identical plugs. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
-
Do you know how many bar the the factory xf map sensor is. I've noticed some on Ebay with the same plug and other vehicles use the same type of sensor. I could go to the wreckers and grab a few. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Do I run a vacuum line from the map sensor to the manifold? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

I know where I put it, tucked it away under there Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

I'll go to the wreckers tomorrow and get one and see if I can find where it plugs in to. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Yeah it could have been that. What does that do? It was on the firewall on the passenger side. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

My est dizzy doesn't have the pointy wheel inside. Does that mean I only need to worry about the est plug? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Cheers for info. I thought it may have been running but need that make it better. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

What's this do? I removed it along with the pollution gear and the Weber and installed a holley. The car seems to run fine without it. I can't even remember how it was connected. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Also. When I bought the car I removed all the pollution gear and the Weber and put a Holley on it, I removed this too but my car runs without it. What does it do? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

No worries thanks. I've decided to stick with the EST setup. Having clearance issues with the heap of shit dizzy I got off Ebay Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

The dizzy cap is the same as this. And this is the coil that came off the car. I'm hoping to get a new one but can't find one. I've found a bosch gt40 coil but it has a female post on top. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

What coil should I use with the non est dizzy? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

What coil do I run since removing the est and changing to electronic distributor? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
