    sometimes I wish I went the 6530 over just the street fire cdi However I went CDI Street Fire CDI, MSD Blaster 3 and TFI running module (new rotor, new cap, and real good clean), the spark increase was insane!, car idles so much smoother, better fuel burn, and im actually getting an extra 100kms to a tank, on a rough tune. Only issue is sometimes its hard to start, but I think that's down to my piss ant power cables, will soon be sorted by some 50mm2 cable! (0awg for those don't know)
  3. I just been looking and reading around and I wonder if it was possible to fit the lower series xf dash controls in the xe din, and just go back to normal xf heater box. I have vac line schematics and wiring diagram for that. All I want is to be able to use xe din, and have vac lines all hooked up so I can get air con regased.

    just get the brakeline ends changed cost me $20 and looks factory
  9. still going to have same issue using el heater box? how does that make it easier and I don't want to mod the firewall

  12. acutally there not, I have schematics of ltd/ghia vac lines and there slightly different. And theres more vac lines with xf than xe aswell im pretty sure. And I don't know if I need to run the water valve solenoid, nor the vacuum canister found in xf.

  15. Got a recon converter that is standard c4 6. Put in a little tired trans and getting a new trans, going to flush the lines and trans cooler. Whats the best way to flush the converter?

    I have eb Fairmont 2 diff, 3.23 lsd, im pretty sure that's 4 pinion 28 spline
  20. yeah I know, going to rebuild all the main parts on my car, like brakes, diff, trans, steering box as they need attention, then the car will have just about everything replaced ready for a bigger power setup

    mine only does a line about an inch wide at the top!
  22. whoever the bloody hell that is!, haven't notice any difference to the state lately, except 40kmh speed limits! probably his fault!
