I just feel sorry for the elephant

Would be interesting to hear if the X series is similar to a E-series.... I know EA-AU Sedan exhausts are the same.... Would think the wagons are too. Finding a cheap E series 2.5inch catback at U-Pullit (pick-a-part etc) would be a hell of a lot easier too and cheaper on the pocket.....

The gun I use is Gravity fed 2.0 tip I bought on ebay for $30 Some of my prior work.... No this doesnt mean I will paint any ones car.....

I think I got lost, way above my head but kudo's to you guys..... The average bloke just plonks a set of extractors on knowing its going to be better than stock, couple that with a nice exhaust and its good for a bit extra grunt where you need it. I cant wait to save up and get a decent exhaust for my girl as I know that will improve things again. the 6-3-1 improved my low- midrange just with the extractors, which on a stock EFI is just where I need it. I have a few months to save for the exhaust, so hoping a nice 2.5 inch will do the trick nicely with a nice free flow muffler and I am set......

Note to self.... buy a cam.... lol

Some like them and some dont.... Like the new rage for venitians.... I dont like them unless they are in 60's 70's cars..... Same with louvres on modern cars..... just dont suit them
-
Cool, now on the hunt for one....
-
Are the XD-F rear louvres the same as the ZJ-L ones

Sometimes its nice to journey down memory lane.... Times were much simpler then

its come a long way in the last 8 months I have owned it, but still have a long way to go..... I was offered a very good price for it the other day when I was thinking of swapping it for a XC but it needed way too much work (pics were better than real life)and declined... Thats when he offered me cash for my car, Part of me said take the money and run but another part of me said no way!!! I still have the ZL..... Guess you know which way won.....

Had a Louvre on my TD Corty in the day and that sucker was tested several times and never came off back when you could do over 100mph and didnt kill everyone in a 10 mile radius... now 5kmh over does the same thing these days

I have a mechless one in my Fairlane, I was going to hide it in the glovebox but just mounted mine in the normal spot. They are very compact and you can just chuck your music on a USB (Period correct music hehe), no need to have CD's lying around the car either....
