Little chip sounds intriguing. Any idea where it lives? Where abouts in the cluster?

Hey all as title says, I'm trying to locate the gauge cluster relay. My dash keeps having intermittent blackouts on the digital bit (its and S-Pack gauge). Any thoughts? I'm thinking it's the relay but wouldn't have a clue where it's located. Definitely not inside, under the dash near the turn signal relay, etc.

Just with the acrylic clear - when its dry, would you have to wet sand it back a bit to remove the orange peel effect then polish it, or just cut and polish it after its dry and forget the wet sanding?
