  1. Hi guys n girls

    Well I am putting my weber back on n getting rid of my gas it's a 1991 xf but I have put the tfi dizzy n msd in so no more est.......

    What I want too no is what do I need too plum up n what can I delete.....

    I want the choke n no I need 12v for that n idle jet but all the hoses n other plugs don't no about them

  2. I have the same set up in my xf ute b2 conv 225 mixer efi manifold motor was rebuilt only 30 tho over not 60 and fully ballanced the cam I can't remember but could find out if u like

    The head I just had a bit of porting done n rebuild n runs 10-1 comp.

    I also run msd ignition with a tfi dizzy it goes great

    I run a t5 behind her with a 3.23 LSD diff gives all my mates a run for there money In there v6 commy utes

  3. Yeah no additives this oil change noticed that the Penrite had the zinc in it already so was thinkin to much of a good thing is sometimes bad yeah........

    Done the oil change yestaday been diving around today all seems well great day for a bit of a cruise:-)

    I went with Penrite 20w60 I hope I made the right choose.....

    I spent ages at repco looking at all the different oils it was doing my head in I was just worried I spent lots of money n time on my crossy n don't want to kill her so thanks for all your info guys......


  5. Hay guys time for another oil change

    I've done 3 thousand ks sence the rebuild n I've been using valvolene oil that they supplied from the engine builder n been adding the engine running in additive....

    So time to go get my own oil but don't really no what to get

    Anyone got a good oil they use n have stuck with?

    I don't have fuel tank anymore it rusted out years ago n i run straight gas now but I like the idea of putting the sub so it comes through into we're the tank use to be....

    N thom your idea sounds good too how big of amp n sub did u run so that u could hear it?


  7. Hays guys as title says was thinkin of putting a sub in my ute but were?

    Has any one got one in there ute or have any ideas were to put it........

    I was thinkin I could put it in the wAll between the cab n tub but it would be hard to box it n weather proof it
