  1. Perfect, thanks mate appreciate it. I'll send a letter off and once Ford have responded I'll share what they said. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Cheers Jack, I'll write a letter and see what they can tell me. Very curious to know how many Outbacks in 1995. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. It could possibly be a 60th anniversary ute as they had full instrument and came with a bull bar but again it would've had to be a 94 for that, not to sure but looks really straight, heaps of parts or possibly restore?
  4. G'day dean, know this is an old message but I decided to check my ute with the etis Ford site and for some reason it doesn't recolonise that my ute is an Outback model, it just comes up as a standard Falcon Gli Dynamic White ute... I wonder if that's for everyone or just mine? @outbackjack have you tried to decode your ute mate? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Just read up about this build, looks really nice dean. I agree with the rest of the guys... haha buy an X falcon but good luck finding a tidy one from the 60's with minimal rust, depends where you're located I guess also. Otherwise looking really good! 6. Hey valvebouncer, I got hold of a company who were going to remanufacture some outback stickers locally who reckoned they could get ahold of the original artwork from either the company Ford contracted their decals for them or Ford directly and could make dead on the same but it would've been quite expensive. So then Ando sent me the link to Grafix Unlimited and for the money I decided to purchase of them so short answer is they are from Grafix Unlimited Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Mine a little off also but not a heap. I went to the original outback video and took a screen shot from reference and it looks almost dead accurate to my stickers But I understand at the money the stickers cost it's worth getting them perfect. Let me know what the result is with the stickers [emoji1360] Regards Romeo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Hey jack, I got my outback stickers on Friday last week, my stickers are really good and the colour is almost dead on, personally really satisfied with them I'll get a pic later of my colours Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. G'day Ando, I realised that but seeing I'm on running 205/70's the speedo is actually dead on I checked it with GPS speed tracker so we should be good. Once I save up for a set of BFGoodrich All-Terrains I'll get wheel alignment and spedo recalibrated. Cheers Roman
  10. So today finally got new rubber on the ute, running Bridgestone Duelers 205/70 R15. Recommend tyre size is 205/65 but just made it a little bit taller which looks pretty good on the Outback. Couldn't afford a decent set of 215/75's which are bigger again. Could've gone with a cheap brand but wouldn't trust them. Anyways what you guys think? I also ordered new bushings and seals for the door, should be going to Panelbeater's soon. I'll try to keep on updating Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Perkins would've been pretty gutless though, we have about 5 landys at my farm. Dad huge Land Rover fan. My first car was a 1950's Landy so I reckon if discovery motor will fit that'll be better then a territory tbh. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Yeah I checked it out at about 9:00pm (Vic time) and yeah it was sold wasn't on it quick enough, I've come across a few that I was wondering are they an outback or not but I'll send you a message and see what you can find out, really appreciate it Jack Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Yeah I'll message the bloke and ask, my dad is after a Outback for a project and he wants to put a Ford territory Diesel engine into one to have the first diesel outback ute. He insisted on purchasing mine but I won't sell it ahah. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Now someone correct me if I'm wrong.... does this old girl look like an outback? The ad says nothing at all about it being an outback but it also has an S PAC instrument cluster. 1995 XG Falcon Ute on Gumtree http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/1157389645?utm_campaign=socialbuttons&utm_content=app_ios&utm_medium=social&utm_source=sms $2500 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. G'day jack, I actually just stripped all the decals of the tailgate as I am going to respray the entire ute in 2 weeks after most body work is done, I ordered outback decals for the ute but mine is actually not a 1 tonne so I pulled it off and it's not going back on. Definitely a lot going on I'll keep everyone updated bout to be a few changes soon Cheers Roman [emoji1360] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
