Mine hasn't been run yet and TBH alot of it done thru ideas alot don't agree with but it hasn't affected me before just offended some. I did the pipe work yes. And its out of exhaust pipe which most say should be ally but that would mean more joiners and or welding which Im not set up to do at home yet. I can weld ally with my mig but I only have thick wire which isn'tgood for thin pipe. Sizing is based on na engine out put and target hp. So as my car showed a true weight shifted 450ish hp I had 3 blowers in my range and I found 1 cheap 2nd hand at the same time. Camshaft depends on target and use again and as I want to make around the 550-600 mark (add 150hp safely to your na mark boosted) to run good et's. So im using 658 lift and 264@50duration on unspecified lobe sep with a solid roller by Marshall Custom Cams. Comp is 11.2 and fired by a MS3 ecu coil on plug via LS coils and burning E85. Mine is stock with ally head and you can run more comp on ally head deal over iron without detonation issues. You build a ProCharged engine like a NA deal really but if you want it to go you have to rev em and fit pulleys to suit with a solid tune. So ill be aiming for around 15psi but as I have a very well ported cyl head that shows less boost under pressure but makes better hp and is more efficient It will prob be a lower number?

I made my own kit to suit a ProCharger yeah.

Tony is his name and there cousins. Again its not a street car so don't need as much hp to run fast but it is still mighty impressive still for a footbrake car. You will never get a straight answer from any of em either which is fitting for the name really.

V8 centrifugal blower kits are common and easy. The unit above looks to be a Powerdyne or such. Detionation needs to be controlled to ignition timing retard and a boost referenced carby and fuel system are a must.
-
Made room around the guide area as usual but nothing else really. Beyond popular belief theres no need to do anything special on any exhuast really. Needs to be a epically big cfm flowing head before you worry about big numbers on a exhuast.

Measure the port opening and Ill tell you if there close. No lie's here. But as for using one get it flowed your self is the only way to really know.

The real action starts from 20 odd minutes

If you like podcasts and want to learn this is it. Tom Martino and Darrin Morgan share soooooooo much knowledge its awesome. http://directory.libsyn.com/episode/index/show/readingtondigital/id/6783136

Look up Darrin Morgan of Rheer and Morrison. None better than Darrin. He still ports by hand every day. There's a awesome pod cast he did with Tom Martino and others that will blow your hair off. This is where most people fall over thinking they don't need a ported head on boost or even a cooler. You will make less boost but more hp becuase it's more efficient.

Marshall Speed Shop will be doing the cage.

Old head went as good as 260cfm after LHT re-cut the seats and valves and ported it to suit.
-
It flows 26cfm better from 200th lift than the old one and carries that trend the whole way. It out flows the old heads total by 500lift.

Obviously a true hi port with great big holes. But its whats needed on my combo.
-
If you buy the scorpian set for a v6 thunderbird there cheaper and you get the correct number. Buying a V8 set leaves you 4 left over which is handy at times.
-
The xf rails will fit alot of seats. I had to re drill the holes to a larger size but otherwise fit fine on my recaros.

Sorry finished port I meant

Its a mk 1 Corty. He has no reason to lie to me but again that doesnt make good internet doe's it. And again you cant beat physics. As I said to Luke it is a fast car. But by saying it should be cos its lite all the people who dont race or havent done simalar get pissy. Sort of like...seeing a Cheetah out run a Rhino and saying how fast the cat is...as it should be. Makes me laugh.Compared to my ute @ 1397 before driver its LITE! p.s my Ge sigma was 1100 kg. Mates Lj torana was 1030kg on the same weigh bridge. Just saying

2200lbs with the iron head. He sent me his time cards as they were run too. The swap to a EST dizzy fixed his spark issue. Id suggest faulty sensor/pick up on the TFI unit. 150 on it theres a 9 there.
