Single din means no premo sound means no amp. Dunno whats wrong though.

The catch can be moved up and down on its bracket from memory. Look at it from the front through the radiator support.
-
Never knew those were for vibration. Cool.
-
Can you just cut the bridge as said?
-
ESP ones were painted gold.
-
Xe has greyouts.
-
All the same aside from some early or ESP ones had a different looking area where the spokes meet the wheel. 3 cap types. ESP/Fairlane Sportsman, Ghia, and the later E series ones with the Ford badge. 15x7. Do it. With a bit of patience you can get them for next to nothing. I'll keep an eye out.

That's the older ones.

Vladimir Putin there Ladies and Gentleman.

Yeah the sound will barely change if at all from what I've found. Cut it out, weld in pipe.

Try any other pair of shocks and see what happens. Feel free to order more springs and move the UCA. It'll still ride like shit, just harsh shocks. The bump stop will clearance itself.

Try any other pair of shocks and see what happens before getting carried away. Nath has the same shocks and same problem with his XD. I've run mine lower for years with standard pedders comfort gas shocks and it handled and rode great.

Just for future reference, ECU swap in a BA isn't as simple as plugging it in like the older models.
-
I've got a Briggs and Stratton.

Tried another door handle? Nothing funny going on with child lock? Don't do anything rash, just walk away until you're ready to get into it again.

That's the worst throttle body I've ever seen. Felpro did a lot of original gaskets. I have a Ford Racing one on mine as they were cheap on eBay lol.
-
Yeah I've always just smashed on a smaller socket. Don't expect to use it again though haha.

Let us know how you get on.

So the reg then?

Depends what you are trying to achieve. If you want to knock off the peel hit it until it loses the texture. Keep the hose running over it, don't use pressure and just gently hit it in a criss cross pattern. Then hit in with the rotary, put a few drops on the cutting/compounding pad, spread it on the panel with the pad then do a few passes at low-medium speed with a bit of pressure. A few passes with a finer pad and something like ultimate compound, and youre good. Its hard to stuff up on white and even a basic method like this will look fine. If it was any other colour or a metalic then I wouldn't go near it with mr buff, you would want some of the more modern stuff like Alex suggested. The Ultimate compound by itself on the hard pad could do the job with a few high speed passes I'd say, the mr buff will just make it easy as it was made for basic Acrylic single stage paint like they used to use.

Wet rub it by hand, lots of water. I use the pads from super cheap auto, the harder one.
-
Anything will work on white. Wet rub it with 1500 and or 2000 then use septone Mr buff. Super cheap still sell it. Hit it afterwards with ultimate compound. Don't seal or wax it for a while, let it cure and gas out. This is all assuming you have a rotary.
-
Yeah that's true. I completely forgot about that.

My XD S didn't have the AC vents in the rear of the console. Rear insert was blank. Not sure if that's a non AC thing or a low spec thing.

Can't be ignition if it runs on gas. Could well be the reg. If there's fuel at the rail and injector pulse it should run since it runs on gas.
