I dont know. The ba tray is different as the fg one is notched out for pickup tube. You will have to try it and see if it clears
-
You will need to move the dipstick to the front if u have a ba sump on it. I got my bung out by pushing it from bottom up. You will have to have sump off to do it.

KE55 auto runs a 4.3 ratio borgy. (Unsure if bw75 or 78)
KE70 auto is 4.3 ratio borgy but its 8 bolt hat (bw75) which is weak small diff.
-
The Hiace diff I putting in mine has 4.3:1 ratio but im looking at 3.7's. Lsd center in that ratio is $1000 alone. 30 spline axles and disc brakes. Garenteed win

Truckloads. Neighbours loved it last night straight off extractors. We got a test n tune street down the road here in Kwinana that I might test its powerskid capabilitys on. Then Wednesday night might take to Woop Ass Wednesday at Kwinana Motorplex and see its 1/4 mile time

picked up a set of extractors for the car and fitted them over the last 2 days.
engine mount off completly and lift engine up to fit them.. other than that and a quick buff of bellhousing with grinder. they slipped in no worries...

lol , was wondering who picked up that Barra motor in Williams..... think I was stalking it on Gumtree...... Good find, have fun making that Corty crank.
Jack.
I didnt buy it in williams. I pulled into williams TAB to put bet on melbourne cup. I took engine from my shed in Leda to Albany to Seans joint

Haha love the photo with the Barra in the boot, only thing different i would done is replaced the crossflow with the barra in the engine bay and chucked the crossflow in the boot!
Already Done as the BA engine was a spare one that i had lying around to i gave it to someone else
ha ha thats what he's doin!!!
Yup

How did you get that in there, does the boot lid on the corty open up further?
Yeh it opens up a fair way.. not as much as the bonnets tho

Engine weights about 195 kilo. so add weight of manifolds etc.. prob 250 max?
I threw one in boot of Corty (original 4cyl shocks/springs in rear) and drove 400km and you couldnt even feel the weight in the back as the 250xflow pulled like a train the whole way.

Most coppas wouldn't know what they were lookin at. Theyd see a nice clean car no leaks and give thumbs up and send u along road.
I havent been pulled over in my Corty yet and I live in a suburb with bad rep for last 20 years with cops everywhere and its my daily.

Old xrglenn pipes?? Stick them on the DOHC mate
Yeh that will be the plan. Ill stick em on my daily when I fly home
Made by a bloke named Shane, they were his and the Cortina made 250rwhp in 98 from memory.
Ill see how much I can punch through them. See how the torque curve goes like compared to whats on it now.
I spent last night terrorizing ur neighbours mum last night on the phone. She was blind drunk and it was funny as. She was fuming after.
Id love to go drum as i hear its more consistent but im gonna say pump as its more convenient.
My mate Bushy gets drums by truckload of methenol for his burnout car but id guess he could get E85 too if u want me to ask him about availability and cost.

Get your noise on with them bad boys bro...
Ill be makn noise with the other pipes on the left.
Came off this car from years ago.
