I am running a Clevo with no cat and single 3 inch system so if i put the sensor in the single system just after where the "Y" piece is it should be okay? It should read all eight cylinders from that location.

Any problems with it? After some googling I found a few people saying they were having problems with their Innovate ones. That is why I have asked here to get real feedback. You have yours on a Six Cyl don't you slydog?? Where to install the bung could be a problem on a V8 although I haven't read there mounting instructions yet.

Looking at installing a AFR gauge on the XD just to monitor things and help with tuning. My car is only street driven and just want to use it for piece of mind and to aid in tuning (Not using it as the sole tuning device). Is it worth it and what brands would you recommend? I am looking at the AEM UEGO style. Feedback appreciated.

I am up in Hervey Bay, QLD. There is a guy up here who is pretty good, just a matter of time and money. Cheers anyway

I am running a similar grind from Comp Cams and have ported open chamber 2v's. Trying to get enough coin together to dyno it in the car as well.

Are you going to dyno it?? I am interested to see how much power it makes. They seem like pretty small chambers now. What volume are the closed chambers standard? I think I have a set in the shed that are around 63cc,

Yep factory 4 on the floor, 4.1 alloy head.
Not sure what wheels it was optioned with but had steelies when i got it.
Not going to re-install aircon at the moment. It had aircon set up on tbe 6 cylinder when i got it.
As for the air con bezel, your guess is as good as mine.

Yes very nice mate, only thing I would change is a bit more low in the rear.
Did you diy the strips, you can see overlap in the close up, neat though. Very nice work if so, was thinking of having a go with some cheap pinstriping tape on my xf.
Yep, Agree the rear needs to come down, That is on the list after i change the diff gears. No I didn't do the stripes, they were on it when I got it.

All XD S-pak were badge-d 'FALCON GL'. The 'S' never appeared until XE. My sedan was Burnt Orange... see if I can dig up some photos...
I never new that. Thought GL and S Pac were different models. Cheers for the info

Another vote for ASR Sumps here, Very happy with mine.
I want to change my vote to an RTS Oil pan. Apparently that is what i have on mine not an ASR, LOL. Could of sworn i had an ASR. Must of looked at them but went with the RTS.

9-inch is a drop-out centre, no cover to unbolt at the back. That means axles, brakes, tail shaft all need to come out.
I thought the closest ratio was 2.75, am I right? I was under the assumption that all factory ratios were non-hunting type vs Borg Warner type that were hunting
Thanks Gerg! I was thinking Borg Warner diff, my mistake.
-
Probably better to take the cover off the diff and see what is stamped on the gears so you know for sure.

Cheers, That's handy to know

Photo is a little blurry, but good job, I always thought it was a resistor that had to be changed to convert from a 6 cyl to v8 tacho??

I have used Ultra Black sealant on fuel fittings before but it was only on a minor weep.

Have got the installation instructions for the dizzy? I think it has a guide in there on what springs and bush to use. I will check mine tomorrow for you.

Can't decide which way to go? Might just put the 2:92 diff i took out back under it and find a cheap 28 spline ine one to put the 3:89 gears into even if its just a single spinner.
F246 in & running.
